The foundation for MOJOMO!'s (accent on the JO) funk/jazz/jam music is groove. Deep in the pocket groove with fine musicianship. Get up on your feet and shake what your mama gave ya groove. With musicians from NYC, NJ and the Pocono area, MOJOMO! has influences from Sly to Herbie Hancock to Soulive to New Orleans' Dumstaphunk and Papa Grows Funk. Live shows tend to bring out the best in the band. So at any given time, don't expect to hear a song played exactly the same way twice because when on stage, things happen!
